Why is that people arguing for the "traditional definition" of marriage argue so strongly against the "traditional definition" of when life begins?
Should we hand out conception certificates? Does a fetus get a social security number? Can you declare it as a dependent? What kind of tax withholding does it qualify for? Is a fetus eligible for the State Children's Health Insurance Program? Does it count as it's own Medicaid beneficiary? Is it Contributing to Delinquency if you drink while pregnant? Can a fetus inherit property? Can a judge declare it an emancipated minor?
