Fanfiction Progress

Quick update on what I have been working on in the fanfiction department.

I have taken a long hiatus from writing Holmes, which, I think, has done me good.
I have now very tentatively started working on the long-overdue third part of my Holmesian trilogy again: I suspect it will be a bit more "mature", far closer in style and restraint in terms of topics to Doyle's works than the previous two parts - but there is a definite reason for it, since this third part is the only one Watson writes for publication. I have it all plotted out, which I think has slowed me down (because in my mind, it has all already happened), but which should make it possible to write it up pretty fast once I really sit down and do it.

There are several (partly AU) projects which I have started but have more or less abandoned, and a few haphazard oneshots I wrote after watching (finally) the Basil Rathbone movies. Two of the currently abandoned things I might continue if any of you are interested:
(1) AU. Holmes's (final) case goes horribly wrong and it looks as though Holmes has become terminally ill. While no one can tell how much time he has left, Holmes and Watson start on a journey into Holmes's life and psyche which might change their relationship forever (Though not slash. You know me.). Also features Arsene Lupin. [If I continue this, it will need a lot of polishing.]
(2) One of Holmes's earliest cases (so no Watson). Holmes makes the acquaintance of a librarian's assistant who happens to be a cousin of Inspector Gregson's and who invites Holmes to a performance in the music hall in which he works in the evenings. A murder occurs...

I also still want to write a Hiatus fic, but I have not yet found an approach that interests me.
At the moment, it is unlikely that I will write anything else for Sherlock or start writing for Elementary (which I still haven't properly watched).

I have written a bit for Stargate Atlantis, but nothing really thought out, so it's mostly just been practice (and revisiting one of my all-time-favourite characters).
Then, I have written quite a few pages on a Kung Fu Panda fiction, but it is unlikely that I will finish it anytime soon.
I have not written a word for Doctor Who in ages, which is really a shame considering it's been around for 50 years this year... Not in the mood, I guess, but I might return to it once I have seen the Anniversary Special.
The most recent fandom I have been writing for is Red Dwarf, and those fics are currently the most likely to be published someday. They are probably going to be rated a bit higher than my usual stories, mostly because of the swearing and (dirty) humour as found in the series, but I am having a lot of fun with Rimmer, Lister and Co, so it is unlikely I will abandon these. Anyone interested?
