I finished my hat super fast (for me).  I started it Monday night and finished it Tuesday morning.  I was all excited!  The only thing I don't like is that it seems to stretch out quite a bit through the brim after wearing it for a bit.  Then it fixes itself after lying dormant for twenty minutes.  Oh well--it's probably the yarn I chose as I didn' ( Read more... )

As it looks right now, I'm going by my lonesome on the 14th. :( I can't go any other time . . . period. My schedule is too full. So I'll be going by myself. I'd prefer not to, so if anyone else wants to come, please let me know. :(

Update: My mum and brother told me they'll take me as a birthday present! Yay! Fun times!

I'm for sure going to King Richard's Faire the 14th of October--it's the only weekend I can go. :P And the dress came. It's GREAT! However, teh chemise is about two inches longer than the dress. So I do have to take that portion to a tailor and have them hem it. But it's so pretty!!! I can't wait to go and I'll take a million pictures ( Read more... )
