I hate how people think. (myself included.) I heard a few things today, and really I've heard it all before, many times, but I got thinking about it today, or was more aware of it, or something, and it's absolutely disgusting how much physical appearance affects what we think about people.
If I was a little more enraged, I probably woulda bitched out some kids in my math class. I hate that class this semester. Anyways, they were sitting in the corner talking like they always do, and looking through these catalogs judging how people look (and the little bits of clothes they're wearing of course) and then they'd get into more detailed discussion like asking a girl if she'd date Paris Hilton for money, and she kept saying "no, that's gross". i can understand how that would be gross, it's frick'n paris hilton, but i assume she meant that girls dating girls was gross, and i hate how closed-minded people can be, especially about stuff like that. I guess just sitting right next to them, hearing their conversation, i can't help but be disgusted w/ some of the stuff they say, and it annoys the hell out of me. They're way too obsessive about how people look. And what's ironic is, they all look the same to me.
another thing that's part of people's appearance is skin color, and I guess this gets to me every yr when ppl are tanning all the time. I've already bitched about this, but I really do hate it. I just think it's about the dumbest thing you can do, like purposely go give urself skin cancer. and i find it incredibly rude when people make fun of my extreme whiteness. fuck i'd hate to be albino, i cant imagine how much shit they get. i know some people are racist bastards and give people shit about their skin color or religion or w/e, and it's not like making fun of me for being super white fits into that category, cuz they're white too. it's just like "ha ha ha. i'm more tan than you." and i'm pretty much like "yep, I'm more white than you." but it's meant to be this good vs. bad thing, like they're better than me because their skin tans easier.
i'm annoyed by little things like that, even though I shouldn't be. I could probly go on and on about each of those and find a ton of other things to go on about, but what i've said is more than enuf, so i'm done. i'm gonna go fight w/ my pos car.
