I'm changing departments, I'm going to Customer Relations (aka: canclations). This doesn't worry me.
I'm still officially in training for it and then I have a week and a bit of on the phone with full support. Not going to be an issue.
Our trainer is sick today so we're taking common calls (old department). No big deal.
My calls stopped. At the start of the rush. With people waiting in queue. This worries me.
They switched my skills an hour into my shift.
I've been thrown to the wolves and I don't have a profile or the security yet to do Save.
It's going to take more then an hour to change me back.
And I have to stay on the phones.
