First of all, ganked from onionroach,

1. One book that changed your life?
The Handmaid's Tale by Margaret Atwood.

2. One book you have read more than once?
Seriously? Um, how about every book I own?

3. One book you would want on a desert island?
An Idiot's Guide to Survival on a Desert Island? If such a thing exists. :P

4. One book that made you laugh?
Every single book in the Stephanie Plum series.

5. One book that made you cry?
The Killer Angels by Michael Shaara.

6. One book you wish had been written?
Uh...no clue.

7. One book you wish had never been written?
Ooh...The Red Badge of Courage by some guy I forgot the name of.

8. One book you are currently reading?
Three to Get Deadly by Janet Evanovich.

9. One book you have been meaning to read?
The Gun Seller by Hugh Laurie.

Secondly, found through imadra_blue, Shopping Spree: How to Get Free Books, CDs, and Movies from Focus on the Family-Thereby Taking Money out of the Pockets of Anti-Gay Bigots-in 12 Easy Steps.

I wasn't going to get anything, really. No, really, I wasn't. (There didn't seem like they had anything I wanted, and what's the point of filling out info - even fake ones - if you don't want their shit?) But then I saw that they had The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, The Witch, and the Wardrobe DVD - one good thing in a pile of crappy Christian family fun (yeah right) and anti-homosexual books. So I got it. For free. At their expense.

I think maybe I should feel guilty, because stealing is wrong even if it is from bigoted assholes who have bogged themselves down with so much details that they completely overlooked the big picture of what Jesus was all about, but... I decided to pull a Stephanie Plum and say that God probably doesn't like them making money off of anti-homosexual stuff from their fellow bigots, and isn't it my duty to cut off as much of their funding as possible? As a true, upstanding one-third Christian and two-thirds agnostic?
