I had some weird dreams last night. I can't remember much of one, but after much weirdness and frustrating stuff, I was sitting cross-legged in the grass, and for some reason Ashton Kutcher comes running up and farts in my face. (Like Dad did last time I was home. I hit him and he giggled and ran. So mature. *frown*) So anyway, in my dream Ashton then sits half on me, and I was pissed as hell, so I pulled this rusty nail out of the grass and jabbed him in the back a bunch of times. Then I got stuck going to court and there were all these relatives of mine, some that are deceased, standing around being disapproving. Anyway, I somehow got away from that and into the next dream.
This time I was basically Kenshin from Rurouni Kenshin. Only in a modern setting. And like, aliens were after me. They weren't like the alien worm/Cybermen I dreamed of last night that kidnapped a huge group of people, including me, and were torturing us for fun before they took over our bodies, and I was mounting as much resistance as possible. These things were using human agents and weird mostly human looking assassins to go after me. I can't remember much now, but I went from being me to Kenshin in the dream.
And I got shot with these metal ball things in my right arm that they could use to track me, so I knew I had to hide out away from my friends to protect them. They were trying to figure out how to get those things out of me without killing me, and the government was after me as well, so I was being chased everywhere through these weird houses I was trying to hide in, that kinda looked like they were piled with antiques and junk.
Anyway, some allies catch up with me, and I see my friend--who looks a lot like Samwise Gamgee, or else the blond uncle from Full House. I'm trying to get them to go, but give me some weapons too cause I can see ships in the air watching and know the creatures are coming for me, and the metal devices in my arm are starting to kill me. I want them out, and the one guy wants to cut off my arm to save me, but I reply that that is my sword arm, the only limb I need.
Anyway, this blonde chick comes after me, with freaky eyes, who says that she is death. I keep dodging all the things she's throwing at me and knocking weapons out of her hands, and every time I hit her she just regenerates. She had these dark weird eyes that snakes could come out of.
So I (Kenshin) figures out that maybe her own weapons would hurt her, and I ram this thing through her eyeball and tie it through the socket to keep her blind, and get the other side too. It's really gross, and I keep hoping that I am not wrong about her not being human. The regular people around really start freaking out, cause they can't tell she is some kind of alien creature, and I can hear police sirens distantly.
She's screaming, and tells me that she is death and has come for me, and I cannot stop death, and trying to fight death is futile. Kenshin replies that he has seen Death, and Death walked with him throughout the Bakumatsu*, ever his companion, and she looks nothing like Her.
The metal things in his arm are moving upwards, so he takes a knife and just starts trying to cut them out to the horror of his friends that are still nearby. We start to fight again and then my darned alarm went off. So now I won't know how that ended.
*a civil war in Japan he fought in from age 14-19
Well, dummy me wrote down the wrong time for the foot doc, so I have to wait till next week to go in, when I'm on vacation and should be out having fun. I got up early, very early, and drove all the way there, proud of myself for getting there early.... Sunofabitc-----
I go to the dermatologist shortly here, some person I've never seen before, and I hope hope hope they will actually help me and not give me the run around like the last one I saw. Cause I need help bad.
Meanwhile I just stepped on the edge of the bathmat and screamed. Stupid sore foot!
The trees are finally starting to look fantastic around here. I want to do some driving around with a camera, or go to a park, but the walking part is a problem.
