DixignbiX: do you want them to just celebrate your life and be happy, do you want them to be highly depressed about it, do you want them to have some annual death ritual that they will do on your birthday/deathday

Jadedboy1982: i want people to cry, i want people to seriously realize how much i meant to them and grieve about the void they now feel in their life without me--seriously, not to sound full of myself. i don't want it to take place in a church but definitely on holy grounds. i want haunting bjork music to play--matter of fact i'll have a play list prepared of all of the songs i want people to remember me by. the ceremony will consist of a recount of my life and accomplishments, plus the reading of my will. there will be a strict dress code, including black, but not entirely. there will be lots of candles and well arranged flowers. it will be very spiritual.

Jadedboy1982: after the ceremony there will be a huge gathering, a party, almost like a carnival. people will remember me and share stories of who i was to them and they'll all realize the complex person i was. they'll realize there were many parts of my life they did not know about, there was so much more to me than they had ever seen. the music will be happy and upbeat and bring back memories of times shared and whatnot. everyone will leave with some piece of me, something that will allow them to remember me forever. and then the crying will stop. people will go back to their lives with me always in their heart. my legacy will live on through my children, friends and family, and my life lover will handle my estate.
