Just about done with finals, and boy is it a relief. It's been a tumultuous quarter and I'm definitely surprised I made it through. I actually just barely survived Specialty Design and came out with some decent garments. I worked Fashion Week in New York and it was an amazing experience, I met some really great people--and models (Alek Wek!)! I met James Franco in my store, we talked (I swooned mostly). If nothing else, work has gotten a little interesting--we got new registers, woo. And of course there's the SJP campaign which I am totally against, but can't help enjoying seeing her gorgeous self everyday. There was a trip to Maryland with my not so modest sister, Modest for our family reunion. We shared a hotel with a bunch of Air Force troops and a softball team--needless to say we spent very little time with family and very little time sober, good times, good times. There's a boy, but I don't really know where I stand about that so I won't get into it, all I can say is I'm Brenda. Yea, Six Feet Under kicked ass this season. It's been a little weird on the homefront, but I think we're cool. Fran's show starts soon and we're all anticipating that. And I guess that's about it.
