This URL was very cool. Someone attached a digital camera to an outdoor cat's collar to see what pictures would be taken as the cat sauntered around the neighborhood.

There's something about touching a predator that sets one's mind into awe. I saw it this weekend amoung my friends who have never seen a cougar up close, and I felt it again as well.

The following is more detail on the time spent with these cougars at my dad's rescue organization in Florida. This entry is long, so be forewarned.

So, every year at the Bast Ritual, we raise money for a local cat rescue organization.

This year, we raised money for Nike Animal Rescue Foundation (NARF).The grand total of the event was $284.00 + odd change. Not bad for a 90 minute event ( Read more... )

I finished up my dad's website to his big cat rescue org. I'm still tweaking it a bit, and would appreciate if those who have websites add this to their links or pass on the information.

We're trying to get the word out on the Sanctuary, etc.
