POA At Last
Today's Writing Effort
I spent most of the day today, babysitting Sappho for Jenny while she did some things about town. It was only supposed to be for a couple of hours, but it turned into almost six and a half hours because she had a rock stuck in her brake pads and had to get that fixed before she could come home.
Cory and Spencer signed a Power Of Attorney (POA) for the property stuff, so that I could just sign for all three of us and make things move a lot faster. I'm sure they'll have to actually sign for the closing paperwork, but up until then, I'm doing all the work so that things don't drag out and so that we don't miss any golden opportunities because of their scheduling and general lack of umph.
