Today's Writing Effort
Not much going on today except chores and whatnot. I'm still trying to get in touch with the chimney sweep. We haven't used the furnace since a couple of days before Christmas, and it would be nice to get the chimney cleaned so that we can use it again. I suspect that there is a blockage of some sort. But I've had horrible luck with getting through to them.
A couple of days ago, I found a 3-bedroom apartment for AJ, Bastion, and their friend John (who is a sweet guy) and it's only $1500 a month. I finally got Bastion to give it the okay after talking with him about it. John got on board with it when James texted with him about it, and AJ said that he and John have a viewing of it on Friday (01.06.2023). So, we'll see how that goes.
James and I did have a little bit of Adult Fun Playtime today when the house was empty (for the most part). It was fun and naughty and simply delightful.
