Today's Writing Effort
*Belated Posting*
After getting up to feed the cats and then going back to bed, I got up and took care of the bunnies and chickens and got ready for the day. maxheadwidth wanted to take a semi-impromptu trip to the Garden Of One Thousand Buddhas with Ethan, Bastion, and I. We stopped at the Good Food Store to get lunch stuff and then we drove out to the Garden. It was really peaceful out there and I'm really glad that we got to go.
When we got home, Bastion had to get ready to go to his Kitty's house and James took him into town.
Later on, James went to a dinner with AJ and AJ's new girlfriend, Isabella. Apparently it went really well and I wish I could have gone too, so I could meet this girl. She sounds really special. But Ethan and I got Subway from town and watched Sweeney Todd together. And in a bit of a practical joke, I got some beef pot pies from the grocery store when we stopped to get some things I needed for the house. Ethan was not willing to eat one after seeing the film. LOL.
The remodeling is going in fits and starts. But at least it hasn't stopped altogether yet. They may get done by the deadline after all.
I hope so.
And because Jenny is still in Las Vegas, I get to sleep next to James. I'm going to enjoy every moment of it while I can.
