I Ain't Afraid Of No Ghost
Today's Writing Effort
maxheadwidth picked me up after dropping the kids off at school and we went out to Karl Tyler Chevrolet to drop off the summer tires for the car so that they could be exchanged for the snow tires. It's a little overdue, but better late than never. Then I drove us back to the house. James and Jenny went back into town in their separate vehicles a little while later and I had the house to myself. I did a load of laundry and cleaned the kitchen and swept the floors. I should have mopped, but I really wasn't feeling it today.
Then I took some time and did some coloring and watched a little TV and read a bit, because it is my day off after all.
Then James came home and we had a little Adult Fun Playtime. We always have so much fun together.
After getting ourselves presentable again, I drove us into town to pick up the kids from school. We got Bastion first and then Ethan and stopped off at the Albertsons I work at to get some groceries and then we went to wait for AJ to get out of his Driver's Ed class.
Once we picked up AJ, we headed home and Jenny was almost done with dinner by the time we got there. We all ate as a family and then I cleaned up a little bit and we went downstairs to watch the 2016 Ghostbusters. It was as funny as I remember it. Then it was time to go to bed for everyone. James is spending the night with Jenny and that gives me time to write a little bit before bed. I should have done it sooner, but I just wasn't in the mood. I know that's not as productive. I've just got to get into a better rhythm of life here so I can get back to the word mines in a real way.
