"What happened at your school when you arrived there the next morning?" Jack asked.

"Eddie and Tommy took Leea and I from are schools and told us that they were FBI agents and that they had infiltrated Robert's little group and that they were trying to get him for drug dealing," I said.

"Did you believe them?" Jack asked.

"Yes I did But Leea didn't," I told him.

"What happened later that same night when you got home?" Jack asked.

"I got home and found that Robert had spent the grocery money," I said.

"What did you do?" Jack asked.

"I tried to get a hold of my mother to find out if she had more money saved since he did this often," I explained.

"What did you learn when you tried this?" Jack asked.

"I learned that Robert had forced her to leave work with him and that her boss hadn't seen her since," I told him.

"How long had it been since he had seen her?" Jack asked.

"He said it had been 3 days so it would have been the night before I was raped," I told him.

"What did you once you confirmed she was missing?" Jack asked.

"I called my paternal grandfather Chris for help," I said.

"What did Mr. Jones say when you reached him?" Jack asked.

"He said he would arrive in 2 hours," I said.

"What did Mr. Wilson say when you told him what you had done?" Jack asked.

"He told me that I was responsible for Chris and that I better make sure that Chris didn't interfere with the way that he was dealing with me and Leea'? I told him.

"What happened when Mr. Jones arrived at your house that night?" Jack asked.

"Robert gave him the same warning he had given me," I told him. "He also told me I better be home in time to take care of Leea and make sure she was in bed on time."

"And were you home?" Jack asked.

"No groceries take a long time when you have to shop for a full family with a lot of restriction on what can buy," I told him.

"What happened when you did get home?" Jack asked.

"Robert was waiting for us and started screaming at me about Leea not being fed and ready for bed on time," I explained.

"Why hadn't Mr. Wilson prepared her food and taken care of her other needs?" Jack asked.

"Because Robert believed that women were put on this earth to take care of the house and children and since he couldn't get Tara to do it I was forced to do it," I explained. "If he had done it he would have been doing a woman's job and that wasn't something Robert would do unless it involved a can of soup and we didn't have any in the house."

"How long had you been taking care of all Leea's needs?" Jack asked.

"Since the day she was brought home from the hospital," I said.

"Did Robert or Tara ever do anything for Leea?" Jack asked.

"Robert bought her toys once and Tara didn't even ask her when she was round that is," I told him.

"What happened next that night?" Jack asked.

"Chris asked Robert why he didn't take care of Leea," I said. "He ignored him at that time shoving me towards Leea and ordering me to take care of her."

"What happened next?" Jack asked.

"I went into the living room with Leea and Chris and Robert started shouting at each other," I said.

"Could you hear them clearly from where you and Leea were?" Jack asked.

"Yes very clearly," I answered.

"What were they shouting about?" Jack asked.

"Robert felt Chris was trying to interfere with his discipline of his children," I said trying not to sound mocking.

"What was Chris doing?" Jack asked.

"He was trying to protect us," I told him.

"Did Robert order him to leave?" Jack asked.

"Yes and Chris told him he wasn't leaving without me and Leea," I said.
"What was Mr. Wilson's response to this?" Jack asked.

"He became hysterical and started screaming about how Chris wasn't taking his children from him," I said.

"What did Mr. Jones do?" Jack asked.

"He reminded Robert that I wasn't his," I said.

"What was Mr. Wilson's response to this?" Jack asked.

"He came after me and started calling me horrible names and told Chris if he wanted me I could have me," I explained.

"What names did Mr. Wilson call you?" Jack asked.
"He called me a slut," I said breathing in sharply.\

"What was Mr. Jones's reaction to that?" Jack asked.

"He punched Robert before I could stop him and told Me and Leea to come with him," I said.

"What did Mr. Wilson do?" Jack asked.

"He started choking Leea and told us he would kill her if we didn't leave," I said.

"Do you believe he would've carried out that threat?" Jack asked.

"Yes I do," I said.

"What did you and Mr. Jones do?" Jack asked.

"We left so he wouldn't kill her," I answered.

"What did you do next?" Jack asked.

"We tried to get help from the courts but we couldn't get a judge to help us," I answered.

"What happened 3 days later?" Jack asked.

"Leea called our Hotel for help," I told him.

"What did you do?" Jack asked.

"Chris and I went back to the house to help her," I said.

"Why didn't you call the authorities?" Jack asked.

"Because we didn't know what if anything was wrong for sure and where in the house she was and whether or not Robert could move her before they got to her I knew the house and could find her so I went to her and that hadn't helped us so far," I answered.

"What did you find when you got there?" Jack asked.

"We found Leea on Robert and Tara's bedroom floor all beat up and weak unable to move," I said.

"What did you do?" Jack asked.

"We made a kind of stretcher and carried Leea downstairs and put her on the couch," I explained. "We were trying to figured out how to get her to the car when Robert showed up."

"What did Mr. Wilson do when he found you there?" Jack asked.

"He started screaming at us to leave, and grabbed Leea off the couch and put a knife to her throat and said he would kill her he didn't go," I explained. "He even scratched to skin of her throat to make his point."

"What did you do?" Jack asked.

"We started backing down the steps of the porch," I said.

"What happened then?" Jack asked.

"Leea Broke away from Robert somehow," I said.

"Did you try to get her?" Jack asked.
"Yes and she tried to get to me but Robert jumped in front of her and knocked her backwards and she hit her head on the doorframe and fell back and her head bounced off the porch floor 3 times," I said my voice breaking a little.

"Is that how she got the head injury that killed her?" Jack asked.

"Yes it was," I said.

"What happened the second time you took your daughter Jessica to see Robert?" Jack asked.

"He flipped out and started screaming at me about how he didn't want to see her," I said. "He banged on the door for the guard to let him out and when he wouldn't he tried to hit Jessica. I shoved her out of his way and took the blow myself and when the guard came in to help me he grabbed him and started banging his head into the wall and when help got there and pulled him off the guard was unconscious and his head was cover in blood."

"No further questions your honor," Jack said.

"Cross examine?" The judge asked and john Shane shook his head.

Once the 2 lawyers did the closing statements and the jury had been given their instruction they left the room
