next part and first part of jade's testimony
Michelle stayed with me that night but there were no problems. When we got to the courthouse and got to the prosecutor's table I was nervous. Ashley brought a cup of Tea as Jack tried to calm me before my testimony.
"Just relax this will be over before you know it," Jack reassured me as the jury filed in and then we all rose for his honor the judge.
"Good morning everyone let's get this thing finished up," the judge said once we were all seated again. "Call your final witness."
"I call Jade Jones to the stand," Jack said and I heard the crowd gasp as I stepped as I stepped up beside Jack and put my hand on the bible. "Ms. Jones how was your relationship with your stepfather Robert?"
"I was his slave," I told him bluntly.
"What exactly do you meant by that?" Jack asked.
"He made me cook, clean, and take care of Leea from the day Tara brought her home from the hospital," I clarified.
"He made you do all these things?" Jack asked faning surprise for the jury.
"Yes and if I didn't do things when I was told or exactly how he wanted them he beat me," I explained.
"How did he beat you?" Jack asked.
"Sometimes with his belt or fist or anything else that was around that he could hit me with," I told him.
"Did he ever beat your half-sister Leea Wilson?" Jack asked.
"He slapped her once but never beat her during the time that I was there," I told him.
"What happened on the night Mr. Wilson sexually assaulted you the first time you were at home when he got there?" Jack asked.
"He called upstairs and said he wanted to play with me," I told him.
"What did he meant by play?" Jack asked.
"He wanted to have sex with me," I said bluntly and the crowd behind me gasped.
"Had you ever had sex with him before?" Jack asked.
"No I'd always made sure I was gone before he got home," I told him.
"Why weren't you gone that night?" Jack asked.

"Because he had left a rather large mess for me to clean up," I explained.
"Did you refuse to have sex with him?" Jack asked.
"Yes I did but he came upstairs anyway," I told him.
"Then what happened?" Jack asked.
"He stripped me of my clothes and then put me on the bed to strip himself," I said.

"What did you do?" Jack asked.
"I waited for an opportunity to get away and when Robert started climbing on top of me I kneed him in the balls," I said. "Forgive my crude way of putting that your honor."
"Did you knock Mr. Wilson out?" Jack asked.
"No he hit his head on the nightstand when he fell off the bed," I told him. " I just used his unconsciousness to get away.
"Was Mr. Wilson conscious when you left your home?" Jack asked.
"Yes he was watching me from his and Tara's bedroom window as I drove away," I said.
"How do you know this?" Jack asked.
"Because I looked in the rear-view mirror as I was pulling away," I told him.
"What happened when you returned home after midnight that night?" Jack asked.
"The house was dark so I snuck inside intending to go up to bed without lights," I told him/
"Were you allowed to do that?" Jack asked.
"No Robert stepped out of the living room and stopped me," I said.
"What did he say to you?" Jack asked.
"He told me I couldn't leave," I said. "Then he brought Eddie Tommy and another guy in to surround me. He told me to go upstairs and take off my clothes. He told me no to fight.
"Did you fight?" Jack asked.
"Yes I jumped at Eddie trying to knock him out and get away but he must have been expecting it because he grabbed me and restrained me," I told him.
"What did Mr. Wilson do then?" Jack asked.
"He told Eddie to take me upstairs and strip me and tie me to my bed," I said. "Then he told me that since I had fought him one of his friends was going to rape me too."
"Did he use the word rape?" Jack asked.
"No he said the word "have"," I said.
"What did you find when Eddie took you upstairs?" Jack asked.
"I found Leea already tied to my bed," I told.
"Had she been harmed?" Jack asked.
"No just tied up while they wait for me," I told him.
"What happen when Mr. Wilson and his friends came into the room?" Jack asked.
He asked if we were comfortable and I swore at him," I said.
"What was his reaction?" Jack asked.
"He slapped me and said he wouldn't have that kind of talk around Leea," I told him.
"What did Leea do?" Jack asked.
"She asked him to let her out of the ropes," I explained.
"And did Mr. Wilson do this?" Jack asked.
"Yes after she cried and begged," I said.
"Did Mr. Wilson make Leea watch what he and his friends did to you?" Jack asked.
"Yes he did," I said trying not to choke up.
"was Mr. Wilson the only man who sexually assaulted you that night?"
"No, I know Eddie did but I was knocked unconscious as he climbed on top of me so I don't remember the rest of them," I said deep breathing to keep my voice calm and even.
"Do you know who knocked you out?" Jack asked.
"No I don't," I told him.
"What happened the next evening once you were awake?" Jack asked.
"I went downstairs and ate dinner with Leea and Robert," I told him.
"Was everything ok then?" Jack asked.
"As good as could be expected," I said.
"What did you do after dinner?" Jack asked.
"I did the dishes like usual and then went to find Leea to put her to bed," I explained.
"How was she when you found her?" Jack asked.
"She was hysterical and scared," I said.
"Were you able to calm her?" Jack asked.
"Yes temporarily," I said.
"What happened next?" Jack asked.
"Robert stormed into the room and asked why Leea wasn't in bed," I explained. "He used a lot of cuss words which I won't repeat."
"Your discretion is appreciated," the judge said.
"What did you do?" Jack asked.
"I explained I had been calming her down," I told him.
"What did Mr. Wilson do?" Jack asked.
"He grabbed Leea out of my arms and threw her on the bed," I told him. "He was yelling at me about being incompetent the whole time and he told me to get my chores done and he would put Leea to bed."
"What did you do?" Jack asked.
"I tried to explain that I could do it but he wouldn't listen and shoved me backwards into the wall," I told him. "He then told me that I better have the rest of my chores done by the time Leea was asleep or he would beat me."
"What happened next?" Jack asked.
"Leea screamed," I said.
"What did Mr. Wilson do next?" Jack asked.
"He ran back into her room and picked her up and slapped her as hard as he could across the face," I said.
"What did Leea do?" Jack asked.
"She passed out," I said. "It was the first time he had ever raised his hand to her."
"What did you do?" Jack asked.
"I stood stunned in the doorway of her room," I said.
"What was Mr. Wilson's response to this?" Jack asked.
"He grabbed me by the hair and shoved me very violently out of her room and down the hall," I said. "He then let go of me suddenly and I slammed into the wall across from the stairs. I barely kept myself from falling down them."
"What did Mr. Wilson do then?" Jack asked.
"He threaten to beat me again if my chores weren't done by the time Leea was asleep," I told him.
"Did you get beat that night?" Jack asked.
"Yes I did," I said.
