Did my NVQ exams today. Word from my training advisor is that I've passed all three!
(They're done on laptops via broadband so are marked almost immediately.)
Don't have the actual scores yet but YAY. :)

It's Christmas.

My Manager (who shall henceforth be known as my Lord and Master or LAM) is becoming ever more insufferably tyrannical.

I can probably get the time off for Peg 1 as holiday!

Turns out the holiday rota LIES and stock take ends the 29th Jan and *not* the 5th Feb.
