busy day

Today was busy and stressful. I woke up on time this morning and laid in bed for a while thinking, "I'm in no rush". I laid there for about half an hour before realized I had an assignment due that I had done the bulk of, but still needed some major editing. I had been meaning to do it since Thursday but kept putting it off. The worst part was, the bulk I had done was printed out but not on my home computer. Wah! So I jumped out of bed, went over to my computer and re-typed what I had already done from my hard copy, and then added/edited what was needed and headed off to class. I was about 25 minutes late and felt pretty shitty for that. I then had to ask my professor if I could bring the assignment up to his office, because I still had to print it (as I have no printer at home). He was fine with that, thank god. So after class I had to go buy tokens, because I was close to the 30th St. trolley stop and would eventually be leaving at the 33rd St. stop, where they do not sell tokens. Then I had to head over to the library to xerox something from a textbook on reserve, because I never bought said textbook. When I got to the xerox machine I was told cash is no longer accepted, and I must put money on my Drexel Dragon Card, which pissed me off, because I never go to the library so I will never use it again. I put $3.00 on for good measure, and then needed only $.80 for the copies, because I was taught a page-saving trick by a fellow student in the copy room. After that, I was on a mission to find a free computer in the library, because I had to print that assignment from earlier. I was determined to use one in the library, and not the computer lab, because I had gone through the trouble of putting the money on my Dragon Card. I finally found one in a remote corner in the basement. After printing my assignment, I had to trek up to my professor's office, which is inconveniently not located anywhere near the business school buildings. All in all it took an hour and 15 minutes out of my day, and I can't wait to go home and watch reality tv and eat pizza.
