George - Big Damn Hero!
Today while home alone with my mother, George started barking loudly and bringing her her shoes. He rarely barks inside and bringing shoes over is generally seen as a hint that he wants to go outside.
Mom put her shoes on and went outside and saw that her next door neighbor had fallen off of his back door ramp. She then got my brother to go help him into the house.
