so really this is a update..........
I have been so busy with trying to get my life together that i haven't updated. ....
so My back is ok i am back on pain killers and muscle relaxors. which i am not enjoying because i don't take them because i hate meds.
i have had jury duty all last week. well starting tuesday.i have missed work. but i get payed for sitting there so that is cool and i get payed for not going to work. that is awesome.
so that is my update i really can't think of anything else
