Tack Upon Tack
Finally into Chapter 9 (Book 5).
When I finished Chapter eight, the drama was just too much! I had to start reading the next chapter. Yay for the ship not sinking! And they are even improving as time passes! It is just horrid the loss of two masts and having to make do with raided stores and both cooks having left on the cutters. Love the observation that Killick couldn't cook more than toasted cheese! Ha! Bonden has my heart, such dedication! We should all want to have such a coxswain, eh? Good riddance to Grant, though... I don't think I could have taken more from that man.
Hoping to finish the book and start Book 6 over the weekend.
