Just me thinking out loud for a bit.

Business
- build a Berkley mascot and take it to charity events (hire an independent contracter performer for this)
- have five rentals on the site by year's end
- have the shop walls and floors stained (grey concrete's no fun)
- have that second business planned and started by third quarter next year
- finish the rug
