Last of the Happy Harry's, and other things
This is what my storefront looked like just yesterday afternoon.
For some reason we're the last store to have gotten the makeover. Huh. Too bad I wasn't there when they took it down, I kind of wanted to take one of the letters home for a wall ornament. Walgreens: There's a way to get on top by being corporate assholes and accquiring everyone in your way.
In other news, I was a rabbit last Saturday! Mr. rapidtrabbit and I marched in the Coney Island Mermaid Parade with a bunch of half-naked ladies. It was pretty neat. I don't get to dress up in costumes all that often.

Afterward, Richard, Sam (he went, too) and I had some diner dinner. I'd have liked to explore Coney a bit more but I had a train to catch. It's kind of depressing, though. To think of everything that used to be there and isn't anymore.
Looking forward to more fun gigs like this one later in the year. =]
