Relaunch is SET!
So I get the message that Cartoons Damnit, the new animation site for Toon Zone is launching roughly Sept. 15. Upstate is part of that launch, and it's going to be a clean slate for my now 4 year old sporatically updated webcomic. I'm going to dive into a LOT of things that need to be done within the next 15 days, but I'm diving in right after going to a BBQ thrown by my chum Bill, who does not disappoint with the parties. (Plus I already promised to bring the keg tap, and one does not ever welsh a keg-promise :X )
Yesterday brought much of interest in the torrent department (the rest of the day was written off as a genuine Day Off, with all the chores and clean-up I did the day before). Watched more of that hilariously bad turkish 'Star Wars' ripoff, finished D/Ling the 13 episodes of the Legend of Zelda cartoon. I was surprised it was not nearly as lame as I thought it was going to be and about as awesome as I remember. Link's catchphrase, however, never fails to annoy.
