I’ve more or less successfully avoided J all day. He did sneak up on me a few times, but I managed to remain fully clothed and firm in my resolve, so I don’t think that counts. Actually he didn’t make any obvious attempt to get out of it.
The thing is, now I’m starting to worry that maybe he has no intention of trying to get out of going to my parents, maybe he has a plan. This could backfire on me. He could use the opportunity to cause problems for me with my mum. C says I’m being paranoid, but he didn’t sound all that sure of himself. I think he was humouring me. I think he does that a lot... but maybe I’m just being paranoid.
