I've never had to work with the biggest bunch of unorganized idiots, the hotel cant just reverse the charges because they dont keep the records like that. So now I have to prove that they charged me, and the bank wont fax anything to them. So neither party will take the damn responsibility. This is the last fucking time I pay with card at any hotel. I still dont see whats so fucking hard, the lady that called me wouldnt believe a damn thing I said or wont do crap untill I try to convince my bank to fax over information, and they wont do that.
