Settled and unsettled
So the battle is over, we're left on the field, sucking mud. Bloodied and bruised, poor but not stripped entirely of dignity. The actual details of the mediation are strictly confidential of course but I will say that we decided to bow out rather than go to court and endure even greater hardship and risk a mountain of debt. Glad the mediation is, at least, behind you. It's often good just to have it over with. And heh, I'm equally unemployed, so not much help there, but best of luck, eh? :)
