Gentle Readers,

The second day of my trip was a voyage to Rochester where I partook of Mr. Robinson's Kenjitsu class. The teacher is an ex-special forces fellow who learned while he was in Japan. He also teaches a living version of the Destreza, which from what I understand, is quite different from the version that Martinez teaches.

Last night i finally got off of my ass did drills and footwork just like i had been intending to since pennsic. I did the footwork with right handed blade work and boy! could i feel that i haven't been doing them. So we did the basics and then ran through the A section of Allan Reeds offline step drills.
