Lydia chose to go to sleep instead of having a snack at about 10:30 (just after Lunar Jim). She is keeping down the drinks I've been making for her (cup hot water, heaping teaspoon of honey, dash of salt and a dribble of maple syrup for flavour) and hasn't been crashy from the sugar.
I'm very glad she's sleeping and I'm going to go sit in there with her and sew.
