about "the sequence of tenses."

Please help me about "the sequence of tenses.". I'd already learned about it when I was student. It is really difficult and so, I'm not still able to understand it now.
About this 2 (A and B) sentences.
A: She will come back again to him one day.
(彼女はいつか、再び彼の元に戻るでしょう。)
B: He has known that (A).
(彼はその時既に、それを知っていました。)
I want to write this 2 (A and B) sentences in a only one sentence.
(Because I think it is very bad-looking that there are too many short sentences in a composition.)
If I write this in one sentence, can I write like following?
1:
He has known that she will come back again to him one day.
But I'm not sure about this sentence, because this sentence has 2 different tense ("will come back" and "has known").
2:
She will come back again to him one day, he has known it.
If I use "," in this sentence, can I use this 2 different tense?
3:
Or, Do I have to rewrite this sentence with quite different tense?
