I've made a couple of recent posts over the my Blogger page, Multiplex of the Mind, concerning the long-time book industry practice of "stripping," or book-sellers pulling the covers off paperbacks and returning them to the publisher for credit.  It's a silly practice, but we aren't likely to get rid of it soon, and it may actually be a critical ( Read more... )
