Humanity makes me ill.
I can not believe how pets are being treated in aftermath of Katrina.
If I had the money, I would be down in Louisiana at this moment rescuing the dogs and cats that were left behind. I have been reading stories about how rescue buses would not allow people to bring their animals, so they were left behind. Quite honestly you would have to shoot me dead before I got on a buss to evacuate with out my pets. Unfortunately that is the same feeling some of the residents who did not survive had. Some of the people who left their animals figured they would be able to return to their homes in a few days, leaving Fluffy and Fido with enough food and water, however no one is allowed back to reclaim their beloved pets. WTF!?!? Those people have lost everything they own, now they are forced to loose their best friends too!!!

“very friendly cries a lot check laundry room in back of house kick in the door if it is still there”
I can’t imagine what these people are going through.
