It's all Herod's fault

I learned something interesting on Sunday. This King named Herod made a mistake. If only he had read the old Testament.
You see, these 3 wise and rich men came to him asking him where Christ was. He didn't know.

He asked them to find out and get back to him. When they never came back, he had all children under the age of 2 killed.

If he had read the old testament, he would have realized that if he had just sat still and done nothing, the prophecy wouldn't have come true.

It's also interesting that he didn't read the prophecy. No body in his land did. And they all perished.
Yet the prophecy came true.

It's also interesting that Jesus had no one his age (give or take a year) to play with.
