Light. Humans yearn for it, its safety, thinking that no harm should come their way. Yet even in the utter daylight the seemingly familiar ground of feelings can come to churn and present its many dangers. And light only serves to heighten the fickle shadows of confusion when one’s emotions overpower all rational thought.
