Updated on my Dad (And A&P)

Just a quick update!! (I haven't slept in 38 hours... so it'll definately be quick!)

I didn't sleep AT ALL last night! And this morning we saw my dad, he was awake (no drugs like the last surgery) and in a bit of pain, but with a ventilator. Around noon they took that out though!!

Meg, I apologise sincerely for being so out of touch lately!! But I just felt so much like my dad's heart would come this holiday season (I'd honestly been telling my whole family it would come on Christmas Eve...) so I spent all the time I could with my dad, just in case... that just in case always is on our minds with this major stuff ya know ;)

Anywho...apparently the whole family thought it would be years before it happened *lol* The morning it happened, I woke up and told Ryan... "I have to go to my families, I know we had plans,but I have to go see my dad... he's going to have something happen today and I think it's his heart!" and this was just the only thought in my mind...

I was excited to read your post yesterday and glad to see this follow-up. My poor DH had to hear all about you, because I was so excited. How very scary and exciting all at once. Take care of yourself and your family!
