(no subject)
How in the hell did a 3 day weekend fly by so fast? If I didn't have to cover a telephone hearing for my boss this morning, I think I would've probably called in uninterested today. It figures my boss and the other attorney in the mental health unit are both on vacation this week, which leaves me all by my lonesome to deal with everyone else's crap.
I knew I'd be feeling all "Fuck this and fuck that" this week, so I put in for some vacation time for my birthday. I'll be going to a CLE conference on the afternoon of 3/5, which is an automatic free day off, and I'll be taking off for my b-day, 3/7 and 3/10. More days off will follow at the end of the month because Kim and Rob have some b-day events lined up (but I don't know what they are yet since it's supposed to be a surprise).
The stretch between Presiden't Day and Memorial Day is a pretty long one without any days off, so I'm planning on taking some time off in between to get myself through it without killing anyone.
