1. Limped and sweated, but smiled at each person I saw on the Hill today
2. Passed on derby responsibility as warranted
3. Have not yelled at people at the airport (yet)

3. Did dishes

1. Very soothing evening to rest my body
2. Asked my boss for time of for a very important doc appointment
3. Remembered to wear my sleep splint

1. Made Miguel laugh
2. Corrected a work problem
3. Reconnected with old friends without freaking out
