Shitty Flatmates and Schistosomiasis (a strange sentence)
Aaargh! A stressful day!
I went to complain about Keiran and his friends when I got up this morning. They will talk to him, and they think that they can get me a room still at Schafer but in a different block with different access keys at the end of term. I can't wait!!!! I just want to get away from this flat! But there is going to be some tension around here if he finds out! Though there will be sooner than that methinks, as Keiran has lodged a complaint about Angela living illegally in Flo's room. Flo got a letter today telling her to pay a fine....I see the tension building already.... But I am hopefully moving! YAY!!!!!!
Then I had to go to the hospital for tests for shistosomiasis (a tropical disease that I may have picked up on my gap year in Ghana....more on that later). The tests were not fun...stool samples, urine samples, blood tests, yukky. My GP told me that I shouldn't need treatent as I am asymptomatic, but apparently that is totally wrong, so I have been given drugs and told to take them if the results are positive. Cor blimey its been an eventful day! Phew!
Hopefully I can get some sleep tonight...fat chance! ha!
