House....here we come!
I can happily say that John and I have been approved for a mortage! We haven't found a house yet, but I am working on that. Although I'm really exicted and want to buy something now, I'm not sure whether we should wait the housing market out a bit longer. I would hate to buy a house now and then have housing prices drop. John is opening up to more housing options. He even said he is willing to look at condos which is great since they are so much cheaper than single family homes.
