UPS Sucks...
I am very annoyed with UPS...John's birthday present was scheduled to be delivered on Monday. On Monday afternoon I saw online that they had attempted to deliver it, but since it needed a signature they couldn't leave it at the door. At this point, I called and had the delivery address changed to my work address for the Tuesday delivery. When I got home that evening I had a slip at my door that said that the package had actually been left at the apartment complex office. Yesterday evening I stopped by the apartment office to pick up the package to be told they didn't have it. When I made it to my apartment I had another slip saying that they attempted to deliver it again to my apartment after I changed the delivery address. I called UPS to complain and was assured that it would be delivered to my work office today. Today comes and once again they try to deliver the package to my apartment address. So once again I called to complain and let them know that I want my package today!! The lady I spoke with took my number and said someone would call me within an hour with a solution......well it is more than an hour later and I haven't heard a thing!!
