Um, not really. I mean, I think he wants to, but I could be reading things wrong. I don't, I've never really dated anyone this long or gotten to this point before.

He just kind of asked if maybe I'd want to go away for the weekend with him, and that's usually what that kind of thing means, isn't it?

Yes, usually going away with someone is for those reasons. I'm sure you're not reading him wrong. Aidans a good guy and I really don't think he's the type that would take this stuff lightly.

If this is what you want and you believe that you're ready then maybe you should talk to him, make sure you are both on the same page. I know it sounds like a horribly embarrassing conversation to have but trust me if you arent ready to talk to him about it openly, then you might not be ready at all. Once you guys talk about it I'm certain everything else will just fall into place from there.

Gads, no. Don't ever wish you were like me, sweetheart. I'm sure India and Ingrid would have no problem talk openly about this subject, but they have they're own issues.

*looks at her sympathetically*

You are not inadequate, just haven't had a lot of experience with this stuff. Eventually the embarrassment will wear off. Especially if Aidan makes you feel comfortable. I'm sure he'll make talking about it all, less awkward.

Um, I called shortly after we decided to move and talked to him. He didn't really say much, just asked if Ingrid was in agreement with this.

He said maybe it was about time we all moved away and lived our own lives, anyway. I worry about him, Isabella. I know he didn't like to be fussed over, but he is our Dad and I don't want him to be lonely.

I know you worry about him, Irene. But Daddys a big boy, he'll find ways to keep himself occupied. And he's right in a way, it's time for you guys to start living your own lives.

Maybe he will. Though it would require him staying in one place for more than a few months. He'll be fine. You took care of him really well, Irene. But really, it's time for him to take care of himself.
