Lately I've been complaining that my dreams are either too bizarre to be truly pleasant or full-on nightmares (no kidding - my nightmares can be epic in scope, a cast of thousands, enormous production values and startling plausibility. They screw me up for days).

Usually you get a bit of warning that a cold is coming....you feel weary, maybe achey...that general "off" feeling that precedes a cold.  I was awakened by a cold this morning.
