Did better than I thought I would on the Wyoming History final. I got at least a C, possibly even a B.. it's going to be real close.
Found out before I took the exam that I got accepted into UW-L. The whole family's in celebration now after hearing the news. I'm happy, too.
Spent all night last night doing the takehome final for Medieval Lit and then crashed.
I had a dream and in it, I was going back to high school, attending this ultra-rich, ultra-preppy private school. The Headmistress said if I could get a high grade point, I'd be assured of getting into Princeton after I graduated like I always wanted to.
Then Dad and my sister walk in and Dad starts quizzing the Headmistress on particulars. My sister asks me if I want to go to the van and get her some peanuts, when all of a sudden, Dad and the Headmistress vanish.
Ginger and I go outside and nobody's around.
Then we see the translucent figures of a boy and a girl across the street. They float toward us and then more figures appear, some male, some female.
The girls guide me across the road and start trying to seduce me. Instinctively I know these are ghosts who are trying to drag me to Hell.
I shout across the road for my sister to throw them out in the street, because there's cars coming from both directions and if the ghosts get hit by the cars, they'll get sent back to hell.
Only she's not there anymore. I'm alone.
I start panicking, throwing the ghosts one by one into the road where they're hit by cars. Two of them only get halfway hit rather than full on, so they're lying on the road, struggling to get up.
The prettiest one is the last one left and unable to help it, I whisper, "Please show me your breasts." She smiles flirtatiously and lifts her white button-down shirt up.
Flat chest. Flat, hairy chest. Then I see the bulge in the skirt and realize it's a man. Horrified all the more, I throw the transvestite ghost into the road where it's hit by a car.
The two half-ghosts are still there and just about to get up. Then a track appears over them and the last thing I see before I wake up is the white light of a Union Pacific train as it roars down the track.
I wake up and my whole body aches, from my toes to my head. My back, arms, legs, stomach, and teeth especially. There's marks all over my body too, like I'd been in a fight or something.
I went to the bathroom and threw up, but I'm still feeling extremely nausous.
But hey, at least I got into UW-L and my takehome final is done. I just hope I get better so I can edit Drea's paper by noon today.
