Once Upon a Time
Today I went to the FIDM Emmy exhibit and fell in love with this coat. It's so no-nonsense and un-apologetically "look at me I am a fairy princess". Being in person also gave me a chance to see a lot of little details (leather binding wee!) that I hadn't noticed on camera. So now I am considering adding a version of this to my "to do list" I could make it (in different colors) out of fabric+ leather I already have in my stash, so all I would probably need is lining.... *thinks evil sewing thoughts*
Also, I am going to be coming to CoCo Sunday, so keep an eye out for me, I'd love to finally meet a lot of you in person!
