Even though your first email was to the wrong department you may want to email them again, since they are the only ones that have responded. Apologize for emailing them but explain the situation. Maybe something happened where all the reps are out or new or something. That's how I got into Cust. Serv. because the only two night reps went on maternity leave at the same time.
They just kinda threw me in and told me to copy and print everything and they'd take care of it on day shift. I did a good job so they trapped me into being a cust serv rep when I came back from layoff.
You have been very polite and patient but it's time someone from their organization stepped up and took some responsibility and did something.
Are there any other sites that sell the CDs? How about any sites or LJ communities that are about them? Maybe someone on one of those can clue you in to what's happening. I'd check them to see if anyone else is currently having problems getting their orders.
