Hey! Does anyone have any experience with LibreOffice? I've been giving some thoughts to stepping away from Microsoft as much as possible just for variety's sake.
Now that I can see an end to my current money problems I'm probably going to buy Scrivener. If you like to write and you haven't tried their 30 day (30 actual days of use, not 30 from the time you download) free trial, you really should. Go and watch the short tutorial to get an idea of what it's like.
I'm also contemplating jumping into
mini_wrimo this year. I'll have to see if the writing bug stays with me over the month of October. Last year I signed up in the hopes that it would spur me on to write.
Yeah, that didn't work so well. I start vacation of Saturday and I'll see how far I can get on my current project.
