Last night I finally got some decent sleep. Not great, but decent. I went to bed at 9, read until almost 10 and then lights out and I was asleep fairly quickly. I didn't have my first leg cramp until after 4:30 but then I had a couple of them a few minutes apart and never really got back to sleep. Still, better than the last 3 nights.
I'm about 20 min over in time at work so I'm going to allow myself to skate in 10 min late and then just either take the extra time at lunch or, better yet, blast out of there as early as I can (which would be 10 min). Maybe leave early. That sounds better.
I probably won't do the plasma thing tomorrow since I already missed Wed. I'll still have to return library books on Sat but I have absolutely nothing else planned except sleep.
