I forgot to mention that department mgrs and above and a few other key personnel get to attend one of 4 special little classes either this Thur or Fri (mine is Fri at 1 pm) entitled - Crowd Control! This is for Black Friday.
Think they'll issue whips and chairs for us? Because last year we had half of the Blue Springs police department in and out of the store to quell a couple of almost-riots.
Last year Dept Mgrs had to be at work by 4 am on Black Friday. I guess by then the shit was half over. This year we have to work from 11 pm to 8 am and then have the rest of Friday off. That is so totally going to suck but at least those with families will be able to have Thanksgiving with them.
