I think I'm finally rediscovering my proper equillibrium. Which was good, because that was the point of this whole time off thing, and the time off is wrapping up this week. During the last few months before leaving my last job, I started thinking that I needed to be completely out of the software industry and engineering-type jobs in general,

I'd really like to see you writing a general analytical blog about music and things like that, sort of like you seem to with comics (though that's much harder for me to follow.) Ooh, or you could write a piece for a local paper and then you'd be FAMOUS.

Its occasionally crossed my mind to try to write some sort of reviews column. The comics ramblings are sort of a way of playing with that idea since I don't really have anyone to talk to about them anyway. But I need to tighten up my writing style if I want to do that for real- I'm bad about letting myself ramble.

I should start writing entries about music- that's a good idea. More people would probably get what I'm talking about :-D If it gets interesting enough I can split it off of my personal blog. Hmm... worth thinking about. Thanks!
