(no subject)
i havent written in quite some time now and im not really sure why. id like to say ive been busy, but other than doing my usual thing, i really havent been. poo ...
my trip home (a week ago, was it?) did end up finishing off alright, though, when i hung out with jenn and some of her friends ... ooh, and her maaan! it was really good to see both her and teira (i feel like an asshole cause i know youre both reading this but oh well) and, although i denied it in my last post, its got me looking forward to the summer. i finally talked to work about taking time off and they were actually pretty cool about it all; basically ill have to quit before i leave but assuming that nothing changes drastically while im gone ill get rehired when i come back. so thatll be cool, and i might even get to work in one of the portland stores when im home if i let them know in advance. we'll see. ive been thinking alot about what im gonna be doing after the summer and where i wanna be and im not quite sure yet but its definitely in the works. i dont know man ...
we had people over tonight and it was totally not fun, other than when jaime and krystine and jillian and i went and got in n out. i dont know why that was, really; i guess i just wasnt feeling social. i did talk to jenn for awhile, though, and that was cool. she called me later to inform that she had just bought some marlboro lights ... yes best cigarettes ever ...
all i really did today was hang out in the apartment listening to pink floyd and the rolling stones and the strokes on repeat. and participated in a group painting session with marshall and krystine. it was wonderful, but made me realize that as much as i complain, im secretly glad i work as much as i do. otherwise id just be a moper ...
im just kind of blabbing so i think im gonna go to bed. i have to work at 10:30 in the morning til close and then we have our monthly meeting so theres a good chance ill be gone about 12 hours. who wouldnt look forward to a day like that??
